Alienable Rights

Alienable according to the Unabridged Second Edition of the Webster’s New Twentieth Century Dictionary means capable of being sold, transferred, or conveyed, as real estate. Something alien is foreign, strange, and in some cases not natural. What might Alienable Rights mean as opposed to the Unalienable Rights of Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness referred to in the Declaration of Independence of the United States written in 1776.

Antonyms of Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness could be Death, Incarceration, and the Surrender to Suffering. Are these Alienable Rights capable of being sold, transferred, or conveyed, as genuine property; or, as a genuine state, condition, or stage of Life? I think we all bear witness to such a myriad of circumstances. It’s said in Poor Richard’s Almanack, “Is there anything men take more pains about than to render themselves unhappy?”

Not I, not anymore. Those are Rights founded in wrong. Rights that are contrary to justice, goodness, equity, and law. In the words of Thomas Paine, “A Right to be truly so, must be right in itself, yet many things have obtained the name of rights, which are originally founded in wrong. Of this kind are all rights by meer conquest, power, or violence… But in the case of a right founded in right the mind is carried cheerfully into the subject, feels no compunction, suffers to distress, subjects it’s sensations to no violences, nor sees anything in its way which requires an artificial smoothing.”

Who in their right mind would consent to needless death, incarceration, and suffering? Nobody. But wait, there’s express and implied consent. “Express consent is permission for something that is given specifically, either verbally or in writing. Express consent contrasts with implied consent, which is an assumption of permission that is inferred from actions on the part of the individual.” History has recorded volumes of death, incarceration, and surrender to gloom so it can be implied the people involved were consenting through their actions to said Alienable Rights and the proprietors surrendered to rights founded in wrong. History has also recorded volumes of those who realized Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness and procured a Constitution so that a Republic can secure a posterity who might realize the same Unalienable Rights. The bad news is we all seem to be guilty of acting against conscience at some point in our lives. The good news is it could be forgiven if and when forgiveness is given consent and made a real estate in our lives.

Let’s think if we individually or socially consent, either expressly or imply, to the sale of alienable rights and surrender to rights founded in wrong in future decisions to be made. We must strive to be reasonable on all accounts Without your reasoning mind all your Rights are alienable and subject to forfeit. In the words of Ayn Rand,

“Man cannot survive except through his mind. He comes on earth unarmed. His brain is his only weapon. Animals obtain food by force. man had no claws, no fangs, no horns, no great strength of muscle. He must plant his food or hunt it. To plant, he needs a process of thought. To hunt, he needs weapons, and to make weapons – a process of thought. From this simplest necessity to the highest religious abstraction, from the wheel to the skyscraper, everything we are and we have comes from a single attribute of man -the function of his reasoning mind.”

The Vicious Cycle

In the words of Martin Luther King Jr., “A time comes when silence is betrayal.” America’s involvement in Vietnam was King’s motivation for his Beyond Vietnam speech where he urged his fellow citizens to question American foreign policy and its motives in Vietnam.
50+ years beyond Vietnam silence as a form of betrayal is still relevant as it always seems to of been. Ancient philosophers, prophets, and historians broke the silence between generations when they were compelled to write their findings. In the 21st century, the world has a rich history which displays our interconnectedness and with the technological age is making us more so.
The average citizen is led to believe things are how they are for a reason which may be true and that is enough for most to adapt and deal with many things but further investigation can deduce whether sound reasoning or fallacious reasoning is at our employ. A responsibility those of us in a Representative Republic delegate to elected representatives who are believed to make decisions based on the most sound reasoning and moral judgement being people of higher education and a religious upbringing yet it seems profits and favors have taken sound reasoning and moral judgement’s place.
“If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their Fathers conquered . . . I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies . . . The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs.”  – Thomas Jefferson

And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves, And said unto them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves. Matt. 21:12-13

Defiling a damsel, usury, breaking a vow, selling a tank, a garden, one’s wife, or child, Manu Smriti: 11:62

Quran: 2:275. Those who devour USURY will not stand except as stand one whom the Evil one by his touch Hath driven to madness. That is because they say: “Trade is like usury,” but God hath permitted trade and forbidden usury. Those who after receiving direction from their Lord, desist, shall be pardoned for the past; their case is for God (to judge); but those who repeat (The offence) are companions of the Fire: They will abide therein (for ever).
Usury has been documented throughout historical and religious texts from the Vedas to the Quran. Usury is referred to as a devourer of children in some cases. Americans see this metaphor in the form of debt passed to their children accrediting the debt to a political party’s failed fiscal policy rather than the root cause. 100 years after the passage of the Federal Reserve Act we find ourselves in the throes of a vicious cycle of compounding interest, inflation, bankruptcies, cyclical consumption, planned obsolescence, class stratification and debt passed to present capabilities as well as future enterprise. The antithesis of economy which, by definition, is to strategically preserve and create efficiency. The American government’s policies reflect a government that restrains our vices as well as restrains our virtues and innate ingenuity perhaps to a greater extent.

The Zeitgeist Movement faq states, “The entire global economy requires “cyclical consumption” to operate, which means that money must constantly be circulating. Thus, new goods and services must be constantly introduced regardless of the state of the environment and actual human necessity.” Another fallacious facet is the “cost efficiency mechanism that demands cutting expenses to remain “competitive” in the marketplace which affects quality of the product and makes it immediately inferior.” Those of us who have bought a new car and joke of the value of the new car being cut in half as soon as you drive off the lot have acknowledged this in an offhanded  way.
I gather anyone who has excelled at a profession can bring to attention inefficient practices in their business that is justified and kept quiet for profit. This silence condones participation and betrays the common sense of the citizen. When thought of in broader terms, betrayal of the past and posterity also presents itself.
The average citizen is led to believe government institutions require confidentiality and security clearance to insure public safety and national security. A task of increasing difficulty as technology and its accessibility has increased. The US military budgets $ 1 billion B-2 Spirit Stealth to drop 30,000 lbs. “massive ordinance penetrators”  on objectives worth fractions of the cost in dollar or moral terms. Wars are essentially the ultimate display of human intellectual, diplomatic, and moral failure. The Trident submarine carries the equivalent of 192 Hiroshima bombs. Is there a threat that justifies this level of armament? Meanwhile, in the name of homeland security, citizens undergo increased surveillance and presence of security personnel. It seems the social organism called government has equipped itself for self preservation.
“Government is not reason, it is not eloquence — it is force! Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master. Never for a moment should it be left to irresponsible action.” George Washington
The dangerous servant has become the fearful master and is rarely viewed as possessor of an appetite for destruction and a gluttony for Power with an ingratiating media. The society envisioned for America’s future that joins the citizens in their affections is doomed for revolution with the world as the stage.
“When you see that in order to produce, you need to obtain permission from men who produce nothing – When you see that money is flowing to those who deal, not in goods, but in favors – When you see that men get richer by graft and by pull than by work, and your laws don’t protect you against them, but protect them against you – When you see corruption being rewarded and honesty becoming a self-sacrifice – You may know that your society is doomed.” — Ayn Rand, “Atlas Shrugged”, 1957
“…A REVOLUTION IS COMING….a revolution which will be peaceful if we are wise enough, compassionate if we care enough, successful if we are fortunate enough, but a revolution which is coming whether we will it or not. We can affect its Character, we cannot alter its inevitability. ” – Robert Kennedy, in a speech to the Senate
This is not a conspiracy theory or an apocalypse scenario in accordance with any faith. It is evidence of a systemic value-system disorder predicated upon usury and its side effects. We have the ability to observe and define these side effects in unprecedented detail shedding light on the vicious cycle as it presently exists: the justification of inefficiency, scarcity, and unjust enterprise in the effort to repay interest bearing debt, the same interest that does not exist in the money supply outright.
A revolution capable of breaking this vicious cycle must be of consummate character equal to the deficiency of character witnessed. With peaceful civil disobedience, an empathic practical wisdom,  and a compassionate education campaign with a customizable curriculum; what might be a tremendous “leap of faith” could be a “leap of trusted calculation.”

Immigration, the Mexican War zone, the Monroe Doctrine, and the Roosevelt Corollary

Where I’m from on the East Coast of America and in the fields of construction I have worked, I’ve had an overall pleasant experience with the Mexicans and other Latinos I’ve come across. In some instances, after some time, they have become friends of mine as good as any American. Despite the language barrier, the points we wish to communicate can and have been expressed with Spanglish (a mixture of both Spanish and English) and/or hand gestures. I imagine the same pleasant experiences could be for anyone provided you had the patience and respect of other cultures.
I have encountered many who are hard working people who are dedicated to their family and friends and would give the shirt off their back if one showed the need. They tell me in Mexico it’s either: live in the country and farm and be poor, live in the city and work too hard for too little money, work for a cartel and risk being killed for whatever money could be pillaged, or come to America; and, if illegally trekking across the border, you are at peril of being kidnapped and human trafficked or murdered, for the cartel drug traffic is thickest within 100 miles of the border.
Blog del Narco is testimony of this danger. The author has to take every possible precaution to protect his identity or become one of the murders he reports. The type of violence rivaled only in cinema of which the videos that are uploaded contain scenes of the most savage butchery of men, women, and children. Those that make it through that gauntlet certainly contain merits up to par with American standards.
Many who, at first come legally, become illegal after a work visa or some other temporary immigration document runs it’s course. One could see how the hustle and bustle of American life could take most of a low-income worker’s time. Furthering their immigration process gets placed on a “back burner”. Not to mention those who left their families in Mexico whose families have become dependent on the income sent to them from America and take their chances being illegal. As a family man myself, I understand.
At first, I couldn’t understand the resentment of my fellow Americans for the illegal immigrants until I thought of my family as well as my wife’s family who have Naturalization records of my maternal great-grandfather and her grandfather. Our families are proud of the” leap of faith” it must have been for them whether it was necessity that drove them or not. We all have the thought, “We had to do it, why shouldn’t they?”
Why hasn’t an immigration post been built by the Mexican border similar to Angel and Ellis Islands?
Why hasn’t America dealt with the drug cartels and the war zone they have created enveloping our Southern border? If not for anything else than for the violations to human rights?
Why the dispute about money going to Mexico, which is still the Western Hemisphere, when businesses and millionaires routinely move American money overseas?
Couldn’t one argue the federal reserve and it’s collection agency, the Internal Revenue Service is a form of economic conquest by foreign interests and the “untaxable illegal” threatens that conquest?
The European powers, according to the The Monroe Doctrine were obligated to respect the Western Hemisphere as the United States’ sphere of interest.
The Monroe Doctrine was extended by Theodore Roosevelt with his Roosevelt Corollary in 1905 which meant that the United States had the responsibility to preserve order and protect life and property in the countries of the Western Hemisphere.
America’s situation has bigger issues with better answers that may be able to “kill two birds or more with one stone.”
To invoke both the Monroe Doctrine, in an effort to thwart further economic conquest by these foreign interests, and the Roosevelt Corollary to protect life and property in Mexico by routing the cartels; the results may be more business staying in the Western hemisphere, more control over immigration to America, and less taxes on the citizens and businesses in America providing greater opportunity for the whole Western hemisphere.
In the meantime, America should stop the practices of our oppressors who use us as pawns in a global game of Monopoly. Monopoly  of the money supply and natural, human, and technological resources.

The People Deserve the Truth About September 11, 2001

This heartwarming inspirational message by President Obama this Patriot Day 2013 and Patriot Day Proclamations hitherto covers an insult to the intelligence of America.
Reasoning can not accept what has been passed down to the Public as the truth about September 11, 2001. In the light of physics, past incidents, the events surrounding the attacks, and other inconvenient facts an obvious question presents itself:

I feel sympathy for those who have to live with themselves and their conscious betrayal of historical record and their fellow human beings.
For the memories of those killed that day, for community service, for Justice itself, an investigation of the evidence the 911 Commission failed to deliver and evidence gathered since should take place.

The 911 Commission Report has been questioned by 100 Professors across the country who have valid questions and presentations of them. Also, on the 10 anniversary on September 11, 2011 The Toronto Hearings, which featured experts Jon Cole, Kevin Ryan, Jay Kolar, Richard Gage, David Chandler, Graeme MacQueen, and Laurie Manwell all with outstanding credentials in various fields of expertise rise many questions unanswered by the perpetrators of this modern American tragedy.

One could hope the citizenry would endeavor to uncover the Truth and that they do not submit under the pressure of being labeled a “conspiracy theorist” or any other attack on an inquiring mind so that Justice will be served to those who lost their lives that day.
